DO NOT DISCUSS BANNED PLAYERS ON THE TC! EVER! Use the discussion board on this page to suggest a ban. Be sure to include a link to the thread AND both the TC name, TPPC account #, and reason for requesting a ban.

 

If the user has violated one of the TC/TPPC rules directly: Request a ban through a moderator on TC AND put an immediate YELLOW ban on the user.

 

If the user has violated one of the UCT rules place  GREEN ban and discuss the type of ban with another moderator. Remember: 2 moderators must agree with the type of ban and Shannoncole can lift/change the ban.

 

If the user has done/said something that is considered cause to create a rule: Place a BLUE ban and disucss the decision with another admin asap. If decision does NOT include a rule creation/revision then the player cannot be banned.

 

If a user makes a claim against another player: investigate the claim to the best of your abilities.

If the alleged action/comment violates TC/TPPC rules report it to a TC moderator.

If the violation does NOT occur during the contest, but concerns the contest adivise the user to report it to a TC moderator IF it breaks TC/TPPC rules, but make clear to the user that contest rules cannot be enforced on TC by TC moderators and that instances that occur in a pm are not able to receive a ban by Conest Moderators. Discuss possible bans with contest admins.
